at Abbey Estates offer a professional management
service to assure you that your house is looked
after in your absence. Buying holiday property
in Northern Cyprus is the easy part, its maintaining
and looking after the property when your away
from the Island is the hard part .
We can take that worry away from you by looking
after your homes as if they were our own. We visit
the property once a week and carry out a security
check on all windows and doors. We collect your
utility bills and pay them at the necessary offices
so that you avoid being cut off and then being
charged a fortune for reconnection. We can also
arrange cleaning prior to your arrival and welcome
packs if you are arriving late at night. If you

Long
term rentals have become increasingly popular over
the past two years in Northern Cyprus as there are
always people who would prefer to try before they
buy. We at Abbey Estates have a large portfolio of
long term rental properties along the coast of Kyrenia
