Long Term Rentals

Abbey Estates have forged a partnership with Elliot Scott Rentals who operate all of our long term rental contracts.  The main benefit of renting your property on a long term basis is the security of knowing that you have a regular income for a minimum period of 6 months. Elliot Scott has a large database of perspective clients who have expressed an interest in long term rentals.  All clients are required to sign a detailed rental agreement contract protecting both the tenant and landlord respectively. Your property will be marketed and advertised, rent will be collected monthly, regular bill payments, bi-monthly property checks and an on-call service to help assist your tenants in an emergency are all included in the management fee.

Shipping & Import

We have much experience assisting those customers who wish to import their goods into Northern Cyprus, we work with various shipping companies who will guide you through the whole process from start to finish.

For most people it will be their first time shipping all of their worldly possessions and as such can seem quite a daunting experience, however the companies that we recommend have many years experience in international shipping and will assist you both in the UK and here in Northern Cyprus.
