Alex Morgan - Finance & Sales
Director
After
many years working in a Managerial position
within the public sector I soon decided
to leave the UK and set up business
where my Family reside here in Northern
Cyprus, Abbey Estates was created. I
have established
Abbey Estates
to
be one of the leading independent Estate
Agencies on the Island. After many successful
years of selling property, my main role
within the company now is providing
our clients with the high level of customer
service they have been accustomed to.
The time taken to complete all of the
legal checks on new property can take
some two years and therefore it is very
important that we offer the security
to our clients that their property is
being constructed in accordance to their
specification. There is nothing
more unnerving than trying to manage
a project from a different country,
therefore we offer a complete after
sales service keeping the client fully
informed at every stage. It is common
for customers to visit their home during
the construction period on numerous
occasions, we are always available to
accompany them and hold their hands
throughout the entire process. I have
been resident here on and off for some
22 years and have no intention of ever
leaving our beautiful island, therefore
it is of great importance to us that
when we bump into past customers around
town that we do so with full confidence
and pride.

Ece Taneri - Office Manager
I joined
Abbey Estates four years ago and ran
their Property Management section. I
have known Alex for eighteen years so
look at myself as a family member. I
have been involved with customer care
and sales for the most part of my career
here in Northern Cyprus from working
in a bank to running a car hire firm.
I am Turkish Cypriot and speak English
fluently. I am now based in the office
full time and enjoy running the Property
Management section as well as the office
alongside Alex.

We
were originally located in the
Heart of historic
Bellapais village
for our first three years however
due to our rapid growth we had
little alternative but to relocate
to larger premises.
We
moved to our new office in
June 2010 and can now be found
on the road to Bellapais situated
in the parade of shops opposite
Starling supermarket.
We
have a great affection with
Bellapais
as this is where we started
out and is probably the most
widely renowned village in
Northern
Cyprus,
famous for its natural beauty
and historic charm.
