Alex Morgan - Finance & Sales
Director
After many years
working in a Managerial position within the public sector I soon
decided to leave the
UK
and join my sister and now business partner in the early years of
Abbey Estates'
creation. Together we have established
Abbey Estates
to be one of the leading independent Estate Agencies on the
Island. After many successful years
of selling property, my main role within the company now is
providing our clients with the high level of customer service they
have been accustomed to. The time taken to complete all of the legal
checks on new property can take some two years and therefore it is
very important that we offer the security to our clients that their
property is being constructed in accordance to their specification.
There is nothing more unnerving than trying to manage a project from
a different country; therefore we offer a complete after sales
service keeping the client fully informed at every stage. It is
common for customers to visit their home during the construction
period on numerous occasions, we are always available to accompany
them and hold their hands throughout the entire process. My sister
and I have been resident here for some 16 years and have no
intention of ever leaving our beautiful island; therefore it is of
great importance to us that when we bump into past customers around
town that we do so with full confidence and pride.

We were originally located in the Heart of historic
Bellapais
village for our first two years however due to our rapid growth we
had little alternative but to relocate to larger premises.
We moved to our new office in May 2007 and
can now be found on the road to Bellapais opposite Altinkaya
Hotel.
We have a great
affection with Bellapais as this is where we started out and is
probably the most widely renowned village in
Northern Cyprus, famous
for its natural beauty and historic charm. |
